Vintage French velvet ribbon silk w rayon 1 7 8 inch Scarlet Red

This is  French velvet vintage ribbon fashioned from silk and rayon from the early 1900s.  This vintage ribbon was made in St. Etienne France, the ribbon making capital of the world at that time.  It is old store stock, still on the original roll.  Condition is most excellent.
