We aim to please!  And we want you to be happy with your ribbon or lace purchase. 

^RETURNS

I accept any return of ribbon or lace or flower that is by the piece.  Once a ribbon or lace has been cut, it is yours.  If you are returning, I must hear from you immediately upon receipt and you must send it the next day back to me.  The buyer pays return postage.  I will refund purchase price only.  

SHIPPING

SHIPPING IS FREE, WORLDWIDE!   Items will be shipped the same day or the next day.  International shipping does take time in transit, I have no control over that.  International Buyers must deal with their own customs charges.  I do not adjust the dollar amounts.
