Vintage black velvet narrow ribbon from the 1950s
Fashioned of rayon velvet with rayon back
Width is 3/8 inch
Ribbon is in good but damaged condition; every foot or so there is a crushing of the pile on the ribbon. Usually it steams well and the crush damage comes out; but sometimes not. I am offering it at a low price due to this issue.
